I run HYROX group training sessions at 179, as well as small group personal training and 1-to-1 personal training tailored to your goals.

No membership needed – just a £9 drop-in fee per class.

Just bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes.

I ask for at least 24 hours notice for any Personal Training cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full

I've been training with Bex for nearly two years now and haven't looked back! I started with Bex after inconsistently trying to get back into fitness. The year before I had been a full time carer for a relative who was under palliative care, working full time and a house move; this lead to weight gain and having no enjoyment from any form of fitness like I had done previously. With shift work and a busy schedule I lacked the forward planning and felt like I was doing a bit of everything but a lot of nothing. I did Becky first hyrox class, when she pulled me over at the end and said how was the class-truthfully, awful as I was bright red and feeling like I was going to pass out but also I had this buzz it was something I really enjoyed and all the movements were manageable at a beginner level. This began my PT journey with Bex and the start of my love for fitness again. Having the App on my phone for sessions in advance and one PT session a week. We have built up strength, cardio and overall fitness, which led to me completing my first ever hyrox in December. Albeit small to some the 'gains' I have seen hitting 115 kg deadlift, being comfortable at a back squat of 80kg and feeling a lot fitter and more mobile has been absolutely incredible. Looking forward to what 2025 will bring - promise il get out for more than 3 runs this year.
